The International Institute of Welding (IIW) is an international association focused on the exchange of knowledge in the field of welding and allied technologies. IIW is a not-for-profit organization, and its members are associations representing the sectors of welding and allied processes in their economies.
IIW joined IAF as an Association Member in 2025. Its Scheme for Certification of International Welding Inspectors has been endorsed as an IAF MLA sub-scope.
