The ISO 9001 APG has published a new paper on auditing ISO 9001:2015 in the context of disruptive events such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ISO 9001 Auditing Practices Group (APG) has published a new paper, ‘Auditing ISO 9001:2015 in the Context of a Disruptive Event‘, in the Auditing General section of the ISO 9001 APG website. This paper examines ISO 9001:2015 with a focus on requirements that address risk-based thinking.
