The General Assembly, acting on the recommendation of the Technical Committee, resolved that the transition period for ISO/IEC 27006:2015 Information technology -- Security techniques -- Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of information security management systems will be two years from the date of publication of the standard,
i.e. 30 September 2017.
