April 2018 IAF MLA MC Meeting Highlights

Major progress was made during the IAF MLA Management Committee meeting on 05 April 2018, with agreement reached to expand the sub-scope listings for three Recognized Regional Accreditation Groups and thirty-nine IAF Member ABs.

Sub-scope extensions granted during the Frankfurt meetings to Regional Accreditation Groups were to:

 

  • EA (FSMS, ISMS, MDMS and EnMS)
  • IAAC (FSMS, ISMS and MDMS)
  • PAC (EnMS)

 

A full listing of IAF MLA scopes for all Regional Accreditation Group and Accreditation Body Members of IAF may be found on the IAF website.

 

Developing a more efficient means to grant scope extensions was a key component of the 2015-2019 IAF Strategic Plan.
