The ISO 9001 Auditing Practices Group (APG) paper on “Processes” has been revised to follow the audit process and auditors’ point of view, as well as for conciseness and clarity. The references in the “Internal Audit” and “Internal Communication” papers have been updated. All three papers can be found on the APG website, in the section on “Auditing to ISO 9001:2015”.
Certification Bodies may freely disseminate this news to their auditors.
