IAF and ILAC are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 IAF-ILAC Joint Annual Meetings. Taking place from 15-24 October in Bangkok, Thailand, the meetings offer a vital platform for IAF and ILAC members to collaborate on strategic priorities, exchange technical insights and prepare for the launch of the Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated.

How to Register

IAF and ILAC members are invited to register online via the official meeting website, https://ilaciafmeetings.org.

We encourage members to register early to take advantage of the early bird discount, which is available until Tuesday, 02 September at 23:59 ICT (UTC+07:00). To qualify for the discounted rate, full payment must be received by the deadline. Delegates who register before the early bird deadline but do not submit payment in full by the specified time will automatically have their fees adjusted to the regular rate, with no exceptions.

All registration fees are payable in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments can be made either by credit card or wire transfer. Detailed payment instructions are available on the meeting website. The final deadline to submit payment by wire transfer is Wednesday, 01 October at 23:59 ICT (UTC+07:00). After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Please note: Visa processing times vary from country to country and wait times can be lengthy. We strongly recommend you apply for a visa as soon as possible to avoid delays. Additionally, all visitors to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before arrival. More information is available on the meeting website.
