The purpose of this document is to implement the provisions of the IAF-ILAC-OIML Memorandum of Understanding, related to the assessment of Issuing Authorities in the framework of the OIML-CS. This document specifies in particular the requirements for the competence of the assessment team, and the reference documents which define the requirements to be assessed.
