Winding Up and Dissolution of IAF

The General Assembly agreed to wind up the affairs of International Accreditation Forum, IAF Inc. and dissolve the entity upon the termination of the IAF Trademark license to Global Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated, based on the Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution for IAF as agreed in the IAF Executive Committee (ref. IAF GA39 6.1).
